KINSTON, NC-The Memorial Day finale between the Frederick Keys and the Down East Wood Ducks has been postponed on account of inclement weather. Monday's contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader when the Wood Ducks visit Nymeo Field from June 14-17. The date for that twinbill is to-be-determined.

Down East claimed all three games in the abbreviated series against the Keys. Frederick continues its roadtrip in Wilmington on Tuesday night. Left-hander Alex Wells (2-3, 3.99) starts for the Keys and will be opposed by Wilmington right-hander Gerson Garabito (1-4, 4.17). First pitch is slated for 6:35 and the broadcast can be heard on frederickkeys.com and the TuneIn radio app.

The Keys return to Nymeo Field on Friday, June 1 when the Lynchburg Hillcats come to town for a three-game series. Highlights include Keyote's Birthday w/LEGO Picnic on Friday to go with a Trey Mancini Shirsey giveaway sponsored by Nymeo, Scout Night on Saturday presented by Wegman's, the second meet the team of the year on Sunday and two fireworks shows.
