Fans will enjoy theme nights, two jersey auctions, a bobblehead giveaway, two celebrity appearances, Saturday night fireworks, Pets in the Park, a t-shirt giveaway and much more!
The P-Nats will face the Lynchburg Hillcats (Cleveland Indians) for the first three games, followed by an off-day, then finish the homestand with a three-game series against the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (Chicago Cubs).

Friday, August 9th vs. Lynchburg Hillcats
First pitch: 7:05pm                  Gates open: 6pm

  • -Ace Ventura: Pet Detective 25th Anniversary Night: The 25th anniversary of the cult classic movie will be celebrated at the stadium! Potomac Nationals interns will patrol the ballpark as Pet Detectives, and there will be decorations throughout the stadium. Plus listen for sound clips and music from the movie. Additionally, any fan with the moniker "Ace," "Ventura," "Finkle," or "Einhorn" in any part of their full legal name will receive two free reserved tickets for the night's contest. Fans wearing Miami Dolphins gear or Hawaiian shirts will receive 50% off of their ticket purchase.
  • -Ace Ventura: Pet Detective 25th Anniversary Night Jersey Auction, presented by the National Kidney Foundation: P-Nats players and coaches will be wearing theme jerseys to celebrate the movie! The jerseys will be stylized like Ray Finkle's Miami Dolphins aqua green jersey, with his last name and the phrase "Laces Out" on the back. The sleeves will honor Snowflake with an image of both a snowflake and a dolphin. The jerseys will be auctioned off via a silent auction during the game, with proceeds benefitting Special Olympics Virginia. The auction begins once gates open and will run through the last out of the sixth inning. Winners will be able to take a photo post-game with the player or coach who wore and autographed the jersey.
  • -Pets in the Park Night: Going along with Ace Ventura: Pet Detective 25th Anniversary Night, all pets are invited to the ballpark! Fans are asked to keep track of their pets, or risk hiring the pet detective to track them down. Pets (and owners) can also participate in a pre-game pet parade, and can stop by the Pet Photo Station on the way into the ballpark. All pets will be admitted for free with their owners, but if you will be sitting in the seating bowl (Field Box, Box or Reserved) with a large animal, you may need to purchase an extra seat for the comfort of fans around you.
  • -Juan Soto P-Nats Jersey T-Shirt, presented by UniFirst (First 1,000 fans)
  • -DC Basketball Night: Both the Washington Wizards and Washington Mystics will have a presence at the ballpark! G-Wiz and Pax the Panda will be on hand, plus there will be inflatable games set up. Fans who wear Washington Wizards or Mystics gear will receive 50% off their ticket purchase.
  • -Recycling Pays Night, presented by the Prince William County Recycling Program
  • -Too Sweeto to be True Loaded Ticket Package:Two adjustable hats, two refillable P-Nats mugs, two Sweeto Burrito burritos (chicken or pork) and two grandstand tickets all for just $22!   • -Field of Dreams 30th Anniversary Night: The 30th anniversary of the beloved baseball movie will be honored at the ballpark! There will be decorations throughout the stadium, and music from the movie playing during the night. During the game, there will be an on-field corn shucking contest, plus fans can stop by Fan Assistance to guess how many kernels are in the jar. Additionally, the P-Nats will be hosting a contest on social media for a parent and child to throw out a first pitch at the game.
  • -Field of Dreams 30th Anniversary Night "John Kinsella" Bobblehead Giveaway, presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union (First 1,000 fans): This bobblehead is part of the anniversary celebration. John Kinsella himself (Dwier Brown) will be on hand to meet with fans as well.
  • -Field of Dreams 30th Anniversary Night Jersey Auction, presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union: P-Nats players and coaches will be wearing jerseys that feature a baseball field and a giant moon on the front, with cornstalks on the back. They will be auctioned off via a silent auction during the game, with proceeds benefitting Special Olympics Virginia. The auction begins once gates open and will run through the last out of the sixth inning. Winners will be able to take a photo post-game with the player or coach who wore and autographed the jersey. Additionally, a team-signed Field of Dreams themed bat will be included in the auction.
  • -Dwier Brown Appearance, presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union: The actor, who played John Kinsella in Field of Dreams, will be at the stadium for the night! He has made dozen of TV and movie appearances throughout his career, and wrote a book titled "If You Build It…". The book acts as a memoir, highlighting how the time that he appeared in Field of Dreams was the pinnacle of his acting career and how it has led to stories from many fans about their father and how the film changed their life. The autograph signing is free on a first-come, first-served basis, with the line beginning as soon as gates open.
  • -2019 MiLB CommUNITY Initiative, presented by Allegiant: The Potomac Nationals are teaming up with all of MiLB to encourage fans to take action in their communities and to promote unity, understanding, acceptance and inclusion. Part of the initiative includes a raffle at Fan Assistance for the opportunity to win a $500 flight voucher from Allegiant. Tickets will be $1 each or five tickets for $3. Proceeds from the raffle will go to the Capital Area Food Bank. Additionally, the P-Nats will be hosting an athletic equipment drive. Fans are asked to donate lightly used items that will go to the Creekside Community Center in Alexandria.
  • -Post-game Fireworks, presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union and WTOP
  • -Scout Night: Area scouts are able to head to the ballpark to take in a baseball game, and then campout in the outfield after the game! They will receive a commemorative scout patch and can take part in a pre-game on-field parade.
  • -Post-game Kids Run the Bases, presented by Glory Days Grill
  • -Pre-game Band in the Café Area: Skinny Wallace Band will be performing for fans.

  • -Fortnite Day: The online video game will take over the stadium!
  • -Kids Day Sunday:
    • -Post-game Kids Run the Bases, presented by Glory Days Grill
    • -Kids Exclusive Post-Game Player Autograph Signing: Kids 12 & under can receive autographs from two P-Nats players in the café area after the game.
    • -Kids Eat Free: The first 200 kids 12 & under will receive a free hot dog and soda.
    • -Post-game Catch in the Outfield
    • -Caricature Artist: Fans can stop by the concourse, where an artist from Manis Creative will be set up (charge applies).
  • -Military Appreciation Jerseys, presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union: The P-Nats will wear these on select games throughout the season to recognize local military members and to thank them for all that they do for our country. They will be auctioned off on August 25th, with proceeds benefitting Women Veterans Interactive.
  • -Virginia529 Super Saver Sunday: Show your Virginia529 Smart Savers Club Card at the ticket office to receive two free grandstand tickets to the game.

  • -Winning Wednesday: The P-Nats will host Nine Innings of Winning, where one lucky fan will win a prize each inning. Then, if the P-Nats win, fans can redeem their ticket for one of equal value to the final Wednesday home game (August 28th).
  • -Baseball Bingo: Fans can pick up a card at Fan Assistance on their way in for a chance to get a bingo and win a prize.
