AUGUSTA, Ga. - The Augusta GreenJackets have created a special five-game all-you-can-eat plan to celebrate their 25th year of baseball. For a low price, fans can watch the GreenJackets while enjoying all-you-can-eat hot dogs, chips and soda from the time you enter Lake Olmstead Stadium till the end of the 5th inning.
"We felt like it was appropriate to give back to the fans in our 25th year of Minor League Baseball," Augusta GreenJackets General Manager Bob Flannery said. "This plan is perfect for the fans and families. It has great events, all the food you can eat and baseball, all at an affordable price."
There will be two plans that fans can choose from. Each plan highlights the GreenJackets' biggest games of the season, and both plans include tickets for Opening Night.
The first plan is called the Wakefield plan. This plan includes tickets to Opening Night on April 4, two Firework Fridays on May 3 and August 16, Military Appreciation Night on July 20 and the Tim Wakefield Augusta GreenJackets Hall of Fame statuette giveaway on June 1.
The second plan is called the Sandoval plan. This plan includes tickets to Opening Night on April 4, Utility Man appearance on May 18, Fireworks Friday on June 21, Thirsty Thursday on August 29 for the last home game of the season and the Pablo Sandoval statuette giveaway on August 3.
In addition to all-you-can-eat food, a benefit of this plan allows fans to enter the ballpark 15 minutes before the general public, giving fans of this plan the best opportunity to receive a statuette on those giveaway days. The plan also features a flexible exchange program, which allows the fans to select different games if there's a conflict with a day on the set plans.
The five-game all-you-can-eat plan is only $59. Packages are being limited due to the high demand of the Hall of Fame statuettes. To guarantee the chance to take advantage of this great offer, call the GreenJackets today at (706) 922-WINS.
