The GreenJackets saw a single by the leadoff batter in each of the first three innings, but those early opportunities were squandered by several base running mistakes.
Going into the bottom of the fourth, the GreenJackets still only trailed 1-0. Ewing tied the game at one with a solo home run to lead off the inning.
