NORTH AUGUSTA, SC: The Augusta GreenJackets, South Atlantic League affiliate of San Francisco Giants, are excited to announce the return of play-by-play broadcasts for all 140 games during the 2018 season.

As the new era of baseball is set to begin at SRP Park, the GreenJackets look forward to keeping fans in touch whether here at home or on the road. Play-by-play of every game can be heard on the online stream named "The Buzz" on GreenJacketsBaseball.com. Joe Laurendi will serve as the "Voice of the Augusta GreenJackets". He has previously served as the "Voice of the Blue Demons", which he covered a wide range of sports at his alma mater, DePaul University. He has also done remote broadcasts throughout Chicago during the Cubs 2016 World Series Championship run for Radio DePaul Sports.
"I am extremely excited for the opportunity to bring back play-by-play to the fans of the Augusta GreenJackets", Laurendi said. "This is a new era of GreenJackets baseball and it is fun to part of it."
