Fresno Grizzlies and Ovations Food Services 2014 Job Fair
The Fresno Grizzlies, in conjunction with Ovations Food Services, will hold their annual job fair for open game-day staff positions on Saturday, February 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Chukchansi Park. Together, the two organizations combine to field a staff of 500 that include: ticket takers, ushers, security, box office, team store, video crew, promotional team, housekeeping, lifeguards, bat boys, grounds crew, concessions (OFS), kitchen (OFS) and catering (OFS). Attendees are asked to enter Chukchansi Park through Gate 2 off of H Street.
To make the application process as efficient as possible, applicants are required to complete the appropriate seasonal employment application in the "Contact Us" section of the Fresno Grizzlies website (www.fresnogrizzlies.com) prior to the job fair and bring the hard copy with them to the event. Strong consideration will be given to applicants that are friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and show a strong desire to contribute to the family-friendly atmosphere at Chukchansi Park.
"We look forward to hiring motivated individuals who will enhance the overall experience at Chukchansi Park in 2014," stated Fresno Grizzlies Events Staff Manager Steve Sodini. "Each year we have a tremendous turn out, so I urge applicants to arrive right away at 10:00 a.m."
The 72-game home schedule will begin on Friday, April 11th and run through Monday, September 1st.
