Wild About Reading, presented by Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, PG&E and Educational Employees Credit Union (EECU), is one of the largest educational programs in all of professional sports. The program utilizes baseball to promote reading in and outside the classroom. In 2013, each student that participates will receive a Farm Grown Magazine that was designed and published by the Grizzlies Community Fund and Farm Progress. There are several other prizes for schools in 2013, such as a play date with Parker, Kindle Fires to individual students as well as the donation of two laptops to one school.
