FRESNO, Calif. - The sixth and longest Fresno Grizzlies homestand of the 2017 season, the franchise's 20th, is scheduled for June 17 to 29, with 12 games against the El Paso Chihuahuas (San Diego Padres), Sacramento River Cats (San Francisco Giants) and Albuquerque Isotopes (Colorado Rockies). Saturday, June 17 (7:05 p.m.) - Star Wars Night, presented by Card City: This promotional schedule staple will feature a record-number of movie quality costumed characters from the 501st Legion Central California Garrison. Make sure your phone is charged for all the photo ops. Star Wars music and lightsaber battles on the field will fill Chukchansi Park throughout the game, and all fans are encouraged to wear their Star Wars gear and/or costume. Over 40 costumed characters will be at the ballpark. "Force For The Cure" has also returned for this year's event, as proceeds from each ticket purchased online will be donated to Susan G. Sunday, June 18 (5:05 p.m.) - Father's Day BBQ: A special 90-minute all-you can eat ticket package is available for just $35 per two tickets, which includes the food and admission to the game, a big-time deal! Father's Day BBQ tickets can be purchased in person at the Chukchansi Park ticket office, or at the homepage of FresnoGrizzlies.com (select "Super View" to purchase). The all-you can-eat buffet will take place from 4:05 to 5:35 in the Tecate Cantina on the third base/left field side of the ballpark (includes hot dogs, burgers and pulled pork), with seats in the "Super View" second level of Chukchansi Park. In the continuing celebration of the Fresno Grizzlies' 20th Anniversary Season this one-of-a-kind collectible of an all-time great Grizzly is only available through the purchase of a seven-game mini plan or half-season tickets. The giveaway will be available for the first time on this date.
Wednesday, June 28 (7:05 p.m.) - Hump Day: Well drinks will be just $4 and wine specials for $2 until the end of the 5th inning. Fans can take advantage of these deals during every Wednesday home game in 2017.
Thursday, June 29 (7:05 p.m.) - Tribute to Springfield: Help us close out the longest homestand of the 2017 season by celebrating pop-culture juggernaut The Simpsons on Tribute to Springfield night. The Grizzlies will wear special Springfield-themed uniforms, and the game-worn jerseys will be available in a silent auction on the concourse during the game, benefiting the Grizzlies Community Fund. Winning bidders will be able to collect their jerseys, autographed, right from the players on the field after the game. The caps will be available for purchase in the Fresno Grizzlies team store. A The Simpsons-themed art show, part of Downtown Fresno's typical "Art Hop" event the last Thursday of each month, will take place at Chukchansi Park in the Tecate Cantina on the third base/left field side of the ballpark before and during the game. Additional Fresno Grizzlies "Springfield"-themed merchandise will be available in the team store, and a special "Simpsonized" Fresno Grizzlies card set will be given away at the gate, while supplies last.

The Fresno Grizzlies, Triple-A affiliate of the Houston Astros, are a member of the 16-team Pacific Coast League and are one of 30 teams in the world playing the highest level of Minor League Baseball.
