The Stripers tallied seven hits against Syracuse starter
Gwinnett greeted Collins with six straight hits.
Collins (L, 2-4) tossed 1.0 inning with six hits, four earned runs and one strikeout.
Offensively, the Stripers had 14 hits on the night, giving them 32 hits over the past two games. Riley was 4-for-5 with a double and a run scored. Peterson went 2-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI to extend his on-base streak to 25 games. Ruiz, Kazmar and Stewart each added two hits, with Kazmar recording the 499th and 500th hits of his Gwinnett career.
