Jupiter, FL - (April 29, 2017) The Jupiter Hammerheads fell to their stadium rivals the Palm Beach Cardinals Saturday night by a score of 4-2.

Palm Beach would strike first, scoring two runs in the second inning. Two costly errors by the Hammerheads led to both runs. The Cardinals would add another run in the fourth when Danny Diekroeger scored on an Edmundo Sosa ground out.

Jupiter would fight back, picking up a pair of runs in the sixth, on an RBI triple from Angel Reyes, and a sac-fly from Dexter Kjerstad which scored Reyes. The Cardinals would add an insurance in the seventh when Luke Dykstra scored on a Magneuris Sierra ground out.

The Hammerheads would send up the heart of the order in the ninth to face Cardinal closer Landon Beck, but couldn't score against the Florida State League Leader in saves.

The rubber match of the Fins vs Feather's matchup is tomorrow at 1 PM. Left-hander Ben Holmes (0-1 4.02 ERA) will get the start for Jupiter. Connor Jones (1-0 1.64 ERA) will get the start for Palm Beach.
