Jupiter, FL (July 30th, 2017) - Colby Lusignan crushed two home runs, including a one out, three-run walk-off homer in the bottom of the 9th, as the Hammerheads clawed past the Flying Tigers 6-5 on Sunday. Lusignan was 2-4 on the day with 5 RBI.

The Hammerheads looked like they were on their way to victory in the top half of the inning as they were holding onto a 4-3 lead, but Lakeland scored three runs to take a one run lead, setting up Lusignan and his heroics.

Cody Poteet made his first home start since May 18th, tossing six innings, giving up two runs on six hits while striking out four batters. He picked up a no-decision.

The Hammerheads have now won seven games in a row, and sit only a half game back behind Bradenton for first place in the South Division.

Game three of this four game set is tomorrow, with first pitch scheduled for 6:30 PM. LHP James Buckelew (1-3, 2.13 ERA) will get the start for Jupiter. He'll be opposed by Lakeland righty Spencer Turnbull (5-3, 3.67 ERA)
