The Altoona Curve downed the Harrisburg Senators 10-6 Saturday night at FNB Field. The Senators held a 6-1 lead in the fourth but Altoona rallied for eight runs in the final three innings to even the series.

The Curve opened the scoring in the first against Senators starter Jefry Rodriguez when Ke'Bryan Hayes hit a sacrifice fly to score Cole Tucker, who tripled to start the game.
The Senators tied the game in the bottom of the second against Altoona starter Mitch Keller on an RBI triple by Drew Ward.
The Senators plated five runs in the fourth to take the lead. After back-to-back singles, Kelvin Gutierrez launched his first home run of the season, a three-run shot to left. One batter later, with Drew Ward at first on a single, Adam Walker belted a two-run home run to right field to put the Senators ahead 6-1. The home run was Walker's first hit with the Senators this season.
"Both at-bats were really good," Senators manager Matt LeCroy said. "We faced one of (Altoona's) top prospects and I thought we did a nice job of taking advantage of some mistakes and being aggressive."
After a home run by Christian Kelly in the fifth to close the gap to four, the Curve completed their comeback in the final three innings. Ke'Bryan Hayes hit a three-run home run to left in the seventh to make a one-run game.
Rodriguez allowed five runs on nine hits across six and a third innings. Keller surrendered six runs on nine hits over six frames.
Jordan George led off the eighth with a solo home run to tie the game at 6-6. The Curve took the lead after an RBI single by Elvis Escobar. The club added three more runs in the ninth on a pair of home runs by Jason Martin and Bralin Jackson as they won game two of the series 10-6.
Derek Self (1-1) took the loss after allowing the go-ahead two runs in his lone inning of work. Bret Helton (2-2) earned the win with a pair of scoreless innings.
"We're playing well unfortunately the bullpen had a big let down tonight, but Jefry battled and competed," LeCroy said. "We just didn't finish."
The Senators and Curve continue the series Sunday night. Kyle McGowin starts for the Senators opposite Curve starter Taylor Hearn. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. The game can be heard on CBS Sports Harrisburg 96.5 & 95.3 FM and 1400 AM or at www.cbssportsharrisburg.com beginning at 5:45 p.m.
