Behind the outstanding effort by Ben Braymer, the Senators beat Trenton Wednesday 5-0 to complete the four-game sweep of the Thunder. Braymer pitched seven shutout innings while striking out nine. Harrisburg plated three in the third on a bases loaded, bases clearing double by Ian Sagdal. They tacked on two more runs in the eighth for the final tally. Braymer faced just two over the minimum in his seven innings of work. The Senators improve to a season-best 28-10 while Trenton falls to 21-14.

Turning Point
With the game scoreless in the last of the third, Tyler Goeddel singled with one out becoming the first batter for either team to reach base. After two outs, both Hunter Jones and Luis Garcia walked setting the stage for Ian Sagdal. Sagdal drilled a 2-2 pitch to the fence in right center field, emptying the bases, and giving the Senators a 3-0 lead. 
On Capitol Hill
Ben Braymer moved to 3-1 and pitched the best game in his young double-A career. He struck out nine and walked two while throwing 92 pitches, 62 for strikes. He retired the first 13 batters of the game before allowing a single to Mandy Alvarez. He struck out three batters in a row twice in the outing. Taylor Guilbeau pitched a scoreless seventh and Jacob Condra-Bogan pitched a scoreless ninth, inducing a game-ending double play to finish the game.
With the Gavel
Ian Sagdal had the big swing of the game, a three-run double in the third inning giving the Senators a 3-0 lead. Drew Ward and Hunter Jones both knocked in insurance runs in the eighth inning. Tyler Goeddel and Bryan Mejia both singled and scored runs.
Filibusters
•   With their win, the Senators are 18 games over .500 for the first time this season and first time since the 2011 season.
•   It was the Sens first four-game sweep at home since June 2016.
•   After being swept by Binghamton, the Sens have won 5 out of 6. 
•   The Senators lowered their team ERA to 2.94 with the shutout.
