Harrisburg, PA - A pair of five-run innings by New Britain was too much to overcome as the Harrisburg Senators lost to the Rock Cats, 13-6, Monday at Metro Bank Park.
In the loss, Pedro Severino continued his hot hitting with two home runs and three RBI. Severino also singled and is now 12-for-21 with 12 RBI in his last seven games played. Kevin Keyes launched his second home run of the season as a pinch-hitter in the seventh inning. Keyes' two-run shot pushed his season RBI total to 10. Severino scored Harrisburg's final run on a Ricky Hague sacrifice fly in the ninth inning. Senators' leadoff man Derrick Robinson had a fine game, reaching five times on two singles, two walks and an error. Brian Goodwin also had two hits and scored a run.
