Nationals infielder Daniel Murphy and outfielder Brian Goodwin are expected to join the Senators on rehab for games Saturday and Sunday against the Altoona Curve at FNB Field. Murphy has been on the 10-day disabled list since the start of the season while recovering from right knee surgery. The three-time All-Star is in his third season with the Nationals and finished second in the National League with a .322 batting average last season, with 23 home runs and 93 RBI. Goodwin was placed on the 10-day disabled list on April 17 with a left wrist contusion. The 27-year-old hit .250 with one home run and eight RBI in 13 games with the Nationals prior to the injury. Goodwin played for the Senators during the 2012, 2013 and 2015 seasons.
