The Harrisburg Senators made it two straight wins over Richmond beating the Flying Squirrels 6-3 Friday night at FNB Field. Richmond tallied two in the first to take the lead 2-0, but the Sens came back with a run in the bottom of the first, then two in the third for a 3-2 lead. Richmond tied the score 3-3 but Nick Banks drove home his second and third runs of the game with a triple in the seventh and a single in the eighth. 

On Capitol Hill
•   Tyler Mapes started and pitched five innings allowing two runs on five hits. After allowing two runs in the first inning he settled down and retired eight straight batters spanning the first to fourth innings. He took a no decision when Richmond rallied to tie the game.
•   Andrew Lee made his second appearance for the Sens and was hurt by a fielding error which allowed the tying run to score. He struck out the final two batters he faced in the sixth inning with the bases loaded.
•   Jacob-Condra Bogan pitched one inning and earned the win.
•   Kyle Barraclough tossed a one-two-three eighth inning. 
•   Aaron Barrett struck out three and walked one in the ninth, earning his 16th save for the Senators this season.
With the Gavel
•   Nick Banks led the way with three hits including a triple, driving in three and scoring a run. He's 4-for-8 since joining the Sens.
•   Michael Taylor and Rafael Bautista both had two hits. Taylor also doubled.
•   Harrisburg had 11 hits, went 3-for-17 with runners in scoring position and stranded 14 runners on base in the win.
Filibusters
•   With Kyle Barraclough appearing in the game, the Senators have used 49 players this year.
•   The eight walks the Sens received equaled a season high. 
•   Every Senator starter reached base by either hit or a walk, including starting pitcher Tyler Mapes.
