For the first time since July 26, the Helena Brewers will be back at Kindrick Legion Field for a seven-game homestand from August 11 through 17. In another round of standout promotions, the homestand will include family fun, moustachioed mischief and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the best brews in Montana.
The Brewers kick off their stay at home by welcoming the Grand Junction Rockies on Friday, August 11 at 7:05 PM with Faith and Family Night. Discounted packages including $2 General Admission tickets, $2 hot dogs and $2 sodas are available for the whole family as a perfect way to kick off the weekend.
School spirit will be in the air on Saturday, August 12 at 7:05 PM on College and Crosstown Night. Anyone that comes to the ballpark in a college jersey, shirt or body paint gets $2 off their ticket at the gate. Representatives of Carroll College, University of Western Montana, Helena College, University of Providence and more will be at the game in partnership with Reach Higher Montana and the Department of Labor and Industry. Additionally, it's Crosstown Night, where Helena and Capital High School square off for city superiority on neutral ground. Fans that show up wearing the colors of Capital or Helena High will receive discounted tickets.
On Sunday, August 13 at 1:05 PM, the Brewers conclude their weekend series against the Rockies with Sunday Funday. Dogs are encouraged to join their owners for day baseball at Kindrick Legion Field. In partnership with Yoga Loft Studio, there will be a yoga session on the field after the conclusion of the game.
As the home stand rolls along on Monday, August 14 at 7:05 PM, the Brewers begin a four-game series against the Orem Owlz with Moustache Monday. Those sporting a handlebar, Fu Manchu or pencil moustache (real or fake) will have $2 taken off the price of their ticket. Stop by the guest services stand located behind home plate to enter the "Best Moustache Contest," with great prizes for the three best moustachioed individuals. It's another Micro Monday, with $3.50 drafts of micro brews from Ten Mile Creek, Blackfoot River and Lewis & Clark Brewing, courtesy of KGR Radio.
The fun continues on a night full of brewers of all kinds on Tuesday, August 15 at 7:05 PM with Blackfoot River Brewing Night. Kindrick Legion Field will have discounted Blackfoot River beers flowing all night long. Tuesday night means Government Tuesday, where all city, county, state and federal employees receive $4 admission with a valid ID, good for up to four family members.
We're banking on a good game on Wednesday, August 16 at 7:05 PM with Buck Night, presented by Opportunity Bank of Montana. All members of Opportunity Bank can visit participating locations to pick up vouchers for $1 General Admission tickets. Chow down on discounted hot dogs on Weenie Wednesday, where hot dogs are just $1.50, presented by KMTX 105.3.
Celebrate the end of the homestand in style on Thursday, August 17 at 7:05 PM with St. Paddy's Day in the Summer, presented by Alpine Analytical and Northwestern Mutual. Green beer, a performance by the Tienman Irish dancers and special Irish jersey's will be part of the festivities as the Brewers conclude their series with the Owlz. Anyone dressed in Irish fare will receive $2 off their ticket at the gate.
Tickets to Helena Brewers games continue to be an outstanding value. General admission seats are $7, reserved seats are $9 and box seats are $10.
