Hickory, NC- The Hickory Crawdads are auctioning off their 25th anniversary season jerseys. The game-used uniforms have been worn by every player to appear with the 'Dads in 2017, including top prospects Leody Taveras, Yanio Perez, Kyle Cody and more.
The jersey auction is now live online. The online portion of the auction will run until Sunday, September 3rd at 12:00pm. The auction will then conclude with live bidding at L.P. Frans Stadium up until the seventh inning of the Crawdads game vs. the Greensboro Grasshoppers. As a result, the highest online bid is not guaranteed to be the final winning bid.
Opening bids for jerseys begin at $75, with a minimum bid increase of $5.
The Crawdads black jerseys celebrating the quarter century milestone have been worn by every 'Dads player this season including No.1 Prospect Leody Taveras and No.11 Yanio Perez. Other top prospects to have worn the jerseys include Kyle Cody, Anderson Tejeda, Michael Matuella and Jonathan Hernandez.
Fans that win a jersey will have the opportunity to meet the Crawdads player after the game and pick up their jersey at the conclusion of the 2017 season.
