MIDLAND - Wednesday's Texas League game between Corpus Christi and Midland was postponed due to inclement weather at Security Bank Ballpark.
The clubs completed the opening frame before a fierce storm rolled through, producing high wind, lightning and hail.
The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Friday, beginning at 4:30. The evening consists of two seven-inning ballgames.
The Hooks and Hounds aim to restart the series Thursday night. First pitch is slated for 7 p.m.
