Most of these jerseys were worn during the Hooks' final 2017 homestand September 2-3-4 vs. the San Antonio Missions. Astros shortstop Carlos Correa, right-handed pitcher Lance McCullers, Jr., and catcher Max Stassi used them on road rehab assignments.
