INDIANAPOLIS - One run in the seventh and two more in the eighth lifted the PawSox to a second consecutive 3-2 win over the Indians on Saturday night in front of a season-high 14,688 fans in attendance. J.T. Brubaker settled for a no-decision, despite tossing his fourth straight start of 6.0-plus innings and one run or less allowed.

Brubaker's brilliance was overshadowed by Pawtucket (55-61) rallying late. The Tribe righty carried a 19.0-inning scoreless streak into the seventh before surrendering a one-out RBI single to Josh Ockimey that cut Indy's lead in half to 2-1. He capped his outing with a strikeout of Jantzen Witte, and Steven Brault retired Kyle Wren on one pitch to keep the lead intact.
Brault (L, 0-1) stayed in for the eighth and a leadoff walk to No. 9 hitter Oscar Hernández came back to bite the southpaw. Tzu-Wei Lin, who went 4-for-5 in the series opener, tripled to right-center to knot the game at 2-2. Tanner Anderson took over for Brault and saw Lin race home for the decisive run on a Tony Renda groundout to short.
The Indians (65-53), who hadn't lost back-to-back games since July 20-21 at Charlotte, didn't go down without a fight. With two runners aboard in the eighth, a sensational diving catch down the right-field line by Wren prevented the Indians from tying or taking the lead. The Tribe again threatened in the ninth against Trevor Kelley (S, 1), but Eric Wood popped out and Pablo Reyes grounded out sharply back to the pitcher to seal Indy's fate.
Robby Scott (W, 3-3) fanned two over 2.0 perfect innings to earn the win.
Indy led 1-0 after the first thanks to a José Osuna infield single to third. Kevin Newman scored on the play after opening the frame with a single, followed by his league-leading 28th stolen base.
Jacob Stallings walked, moved to third on a Kevin Kramer double and crossed home ona Max Moroff groundout in the fourth for Indy's final run.
The Indians and PawSox conclude their weekend series on Sunday afternoon at 1:35 p.m. EDT. Right-hander Tyler Eppler (12-5, 3.67) will face righty Josh A. Smith (3-4, 4.30).
