RHP Zach Eflin makes his fourth start with the Pigs this season after not factoring into the decision in his last outing on July 9 at Scranton. Against the RailRiders, the Orlando native tossed four 1/3 innings, surrendering two runs on five hits while fanning five batters in the Pigs victory.
RHP Justin Haley makes his sixth rehab appearance of the season, and fourth with the Red Wings. In his previous rehab outing with the Red Wings, the Sacramento, Calif., native tossed four innings, surrendering just one run on three hits against the Syracuse Chiefs on July 9.
