Albuquerque Isotopes fans hungry for hot dogs flocked to Isotopes Park to take advantage of the team's popular 50¢ Hot Dog Night promotion, the second of this season. A total of 24,041 hot dogs were consumed on Monday night as fans watched the Topes complete the sweep of the Redbirds in their four-game homestand.
Tonight's hot dog count greatly surpassed the April 29th total of 17,071 hot dogs for the Isotopes first 50¢ Hot Dog Night of the season. The 'Topes will hold the final 50¢ Hot Dog Night on August 26 when the Topes take on Round Rock.
