LANCASTER, Calif. - The Lancaster JetHawks welcome the Bakersfield Blaze to The Hangar over the weekend for a brief homestand that will feature some of the most highly anticipated promotions of the 2013 season.

Friday night is Autism Awareness Night at The Hangar. The JetHawks will wear special "Autism Awareness" jerseys that will be auctioned off during a silent auction throughout the game. Once the winners are announced, fans will have the opportunity to meet the player who wore the special one-of-a-kind jersey and have it signed. The proceeds from the auction will benefit the Family Focus Resource Center. Throughout the night, the JetHawks will announce Autism facts and statistics to educated fans and increase awareness throughout the Antelope Valley.

On Saturday night, the JetHawks are giving fans a chance to own, and wear, a piece of JetHawks history. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive replica 2012 California League Championship rings courtesy of LoanMart. The rings feature the same design as those worn by the players and coaches from the title-winning team.

Sunday afternoon is a 2:00 pm game and aside from the usual Family in the Park Sunday, it will also be the JetHawks' first Dog Day at the Ballpark. Fans are invited to bring "man's best friend" out to The Hangar to enjoy some baseball. Canine tickets will be sold for $3 dollars and dogs will be allowed on the grass berms on the right field and left field sides.

The Blaze, an affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, make a rare visit to The Hangar. The North Division club is off to a slow start in 2013 but won the North Division's First Half Championship in 2012. They lost to the Modesto Nuts in North Division Finals to miss out on playing the JetHawks in the Cal League Championship Series.

Tickets for all three games are still available. Tickets can be purchased at the JetHawks box office at The Hangar, by calling (661) 726-5400 or online at jethawks.com.

Don't miss a moment of the 2013 season as the JetHawks look to repeat as California League Champions. Season tickets and great ticket packages are available now. To order, call (661) 726-5400 or visit jethawks.com.
