JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The inaugural Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp season presented by Community First Credit Union continues Wednesday, July 19, through Sunday, July 23. The Jumbo Shrimp host the Tennessee Smokies, Double-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, for a five-game series with a promotional lineup including the following highlights:

 

Wednesday, July 19, 7:05 p.m. (Gates open at 6 p.m.)

Date Night Special: Bring a date and get a pair of tickets, two hot dogs, two sodas and popcorn for just $20 at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville box office windows on game day. Watch for the Kiss Cam!

Canines and Crustaceans (Bark in the Park): The Jumbo Shrimp are happy to host all willing and able dogs at the Baseball Grounds, free of charge with a paying human companion, for a fun night of Canines and Crustaceans! Dog-free seating will be available in Sections 110 and 111.

Joe Torre Safe At Home Foundation Initiative: The Jumbo Shrimp, MiLB Charities and the Joe Torre Safe At Home Foundation are raising awareness to end the cycle of domestic violence and educate fans about the resources available to help those in need. Free Topps baseball card packs will be given to fans at the game. More information is at joetorre.org.

Thursday, July 20, 7:05 p.m. (Gates open at 6 p.m.)

Mavericks Live and Budweiser Thirsty Thursday: Fans can purchase $1 12-oz. and $2 24-oz. beers adjacent to the new Budweiser Tiki Terrace, on the left-field berm, at two locations on the right-field bleachers, and at the Oasis concession stand behind section 115.

Fifth Third Bank Stand Up To Cancer Night: Throughout the night, Fifth Third Bank will raise awareness and contributions to support cancer research. Supporting Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), Fifth Third will donate $5,300 for every strikeout in the game by a Jumbo Shrimp pitcher, $1 for every person attending the game, and $5.30 for every eligible public use of the hashtag #howifight on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram - up to $500,000 - through Dec. 31. At the end of the third inning Thursday, fans will be invited to hold up SU2C placards to show support for loved ones who have fought or are fighting cancer.

Friday, July 21, 7:05 p.m. (Gates open at 6 p.m.)

NAPA AutoCare Family Fireworks: Fans may visit any participating NAPA AutoCare Center to get a FREE general admission ticket (reserved seat upgrade available at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville box office) for the Friday night game. At every Friday home game, the Jumbo Shrimp have postgame NAPA AutoCare Family Fireworks!

Red Shirt Friday: Fans are encouraged to wear red to support the military and save $1 per ticket at the box office, or donate the $1 to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. The Jumbo Shrimp are wearing red "Bold City" jerseys for every Friday home game this season.

Miller Lite Happy Hour, presented in part by Wild Wing Café: Miller Lite $1 beers and $1 off craft beer specials are available in the new Craft Cave near the third-base gate from gates opening until 7:30 p.m. at every Friday home game.

Wheel House Chef's Table: In the suite-level lounge open to all fans, the new Chef's Table serves premium items at a buffet for Friday and Saturday night games. Fans may purchase individual visits to the buffet line for $12 per plate.

Saturday, July 22, 6:05 p.m. (Gates open at 5 p.m.)

Prawn Prize: Florida Blue Jacksonville Red Caps Replica Jersey Giveaway: The first 1,000 fans receive a replica Negro League Jacksonville Red Caps jersey, courtesy of Florida Blue. The Jumbo Shrimp will wear throwback jerseys of the Jacksonville Red Caps, the local Negro American League team in 1938 and 1941-42. Caps matching those worn by the team will be for sale in the Jumbo Shrimp souvenir store.

Negro League Night: Former Negro League players Harold "Buster" Hair - a Jacksonville native - and Clifford Layton will be recognized before the game and greet fans on the concourse. Fans can view Negro League memorabilia on the concourse and learn more local and national Negro League baseball history on the video board throughout the evening.

Sunday, July 23, 3:05 p.m. (Gates open at 2 p.m.)

Baptist Health Sunday Family FUNday: Kids can feel like the pros before each Sunday home game, as families can play catch on the field at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville. A Jumbo Shrimp player autograph booth will be open before the game. Following the game, kids 12 and under can run the bases. Free face painting, balloon animals, and kids crafts activities will be available in the Wolfson Children's Hospital Kids Zone. Elmo will be at the ballpark to greet fans!

Bush Brothers Food Drive benefiting Feeding Northeast Florida: In partnership with BUSH'S® Beans and Feeding Northeast Florida, the Jumbo Shrimp are hosting a canned food drive as part of National Baked Beans Month. Fans may drop off non-perishable food items to the box office, and kids 12 and under will receive a free ticket to the game.
