The Miracle made it a close 3-2 game with another run in the 7th, but the Hammerheads ran away with it in the bottom of the inning, earning four runs off a wild pitch, an error and four hits.
Mesa had an exceptional night at the plate, going 4 for 5 with three RBIs and a run. The Hammerheads as a whole had thirteen hits with all nine starters making contact at least once.
