Geneva, Illinois- The Kane County Cougars (71-54, 36-20) scored six unanswered runs to break a 4-4 tie and beat the Clinton LumberKings (66-59, 33-23) 8-4 on Monday night at Northwestern Medicine Field. The Cougars extended their division lead to three games over the LumberKings.

Geneva, Illinois- The Kane County Cougars (70-53, 35-19) dropped a 4-2 decision to the Clinton LumberKings (65-58, 32-22) on Saturday night at Northwestern Medicine Field. It was the Cougars fifth loss in seven games, lowering the Cougars lead in the division to three games over the LumberKings.

Geneva, Illinois- Dominic Fletcher went 4-for-4 and finished a triple shy of the cycle in the Kane County Cougars (70-52, 35-18) 4-3 win over the Peoria Chiefs (46-76, 16-37) on Friday night in front of 7,404 fans at Northwestern Medicine Field. One of Fletcher's four hits was a two-run homer, his fifth long ball of the year.

The Cougars finished the seven-game homestand with a 6-1 record and with three walk-off wins.
