Seating for patrons with disabilities is located throughout Atrium Health Ballpark. A limited number of wheelchair locations with companion seats are available. These designated locations are available upon request prior to the game date by calling the F&M Box Office.
Small bags and purses are permitted inside Atrium Health Ballpark but are subject to search upon entry and within the ballpark. Prohibited items may be disposed of in trash containers or returned to one’s vehicle.
The Cannon Ballers allow fans to celebrate special occasions at a game with a personalized message on the video board. Announcements can be arranged at the Kinetic Guest Services Booth on the day of the game prior to the 2nd inning. There is a $10.00 charge with the proceeds benefitting local non-profit organizations.
The Cannon Ballers offer complimentary admission to Atrium Health Ballpark for children 2 years of age and under. Children under the age of 2 without a ticket are required sit in their parent or guardian’s lap and not occupy an additional seat.
Fans seeking medical assistance are encouraged to visit the Atrium Health First Aid Suite, located on the 1st Base concourse behind Sections 103/104 near the lower level entrance to the Kinetic Club. Parents who need a respite can find a quiet moment and necessary items in the Atrium Health Levine Children’s Mothers’ Room located within the first aid suite.
The gates to Atrium Health Ballpark open approximately one hour prior to game time. All gate times are subject to change. There are four entry points to the ballpark, located on West Avenue (Gate 1), the intersection of Cannon Baller Way & Oak Avenue (Gate 2), the corner of Chestnut Avenue & W. 1st Street (Gate 3), and W. 1st Street near West Avenue (Gate 4). All gates are equipped to scan tickets from smartphones and portable devices.

All giveaways are subject to availability and given out on a first come first served basis. Some giveaways are limited to a specific number of fans and/or age groups and early arrival is suggested.
Those in need of general assistance are encouraged to visit Kinetic Guest Services Booth, located on the right field concourse near Gates 1 & 2. Guest Services features team and ballpark information, on-field contest sign-ups, ticket information and more. Please see a Guest Services representative for any questions you may have during your visit to Atrium Health Ballpark.
Items can be turned in to, or retrieved from, the Kinetic Guest Services Booth located on the right field concourse. To inquire about lost items after the game date, please contact the Cannon Ballers Front Office at 704-932-3267.
For the safety and security of our fans, outside food and beverages are prohibited from entering Atrium Health Ballpark.
Food, beverages, lawn chairs, beach umbrellas, balloons, banners, drones, pets other than service animals, and weapons of any kind are all prohibited at Atrium Health Ballpark.
Fans who choose to exit Atrium Health Ballpark after entering the gates must possess a valid game ticket and notify a gate attendant prior to exiting. Such game ticket and identification provided by the gate attendant must be present for re-entry back into Atrium Health Ballpark.
Unused season tickets may be exchanged for Grass Berm/Concourse Pass tickets during the 2020 season (excluding July 4, playoffs, and championship games) subject to availability. Designated "exchange dates" will also allow members to utilize unused season tickets for the best available Infield Box seats to these specific games. All exchanges must be done with your personal account representative or in person at the F&M Box Office.
In consideration of the health and comfort of others, smoking is not permitted on the premise of the facility.
Strollers are allowed at Atrium Health Ballpark and may be stored under guests' seats. Strollers may not block rows, aisles, or stairways.
As part of the 2020 Regular Season Schedule, the team will host two "Education Days" in April and May starting at 10:30AM. To ensure an adequate number of seats for local schools, Infield Box ticket holders will be provided two undated ticket vouchers in exchange for their seats on these designated dates. The undated ticket vouchers can be redeemed for any 2020 home game, including the morning Education Day games.
Umbrellas are permitted inside Atrium Health Ballpark, but for the safety and viewing pleasure of all fans, they can only be opened during rain delays. They may not be open during play.
Tickets can be left at Will Call for any Cannon Ballers home game by visiting the F&M Box Office during normal business hours or prior to entry of the ballpark on game nights. All individuals picking up tickets will be required to show a valid photo ID and only the individual whose name is associated with the tickets will be permitted to pick up them up, no exceptions.
