Ticket Policies & Terms

Unused season & partial season tickets may be exchanged for General Admission tickets to any remaining Intimidators regular season home game, subject to availability. All other unused tickets are no longer valid past the date of the game printed on the ticket and may not be exchanged for any future game unless the Rain Check policy or Ticket Assurance applies (see below).

Ticket Assurance

Our new Kannapolis Intimidators Assurance Tickets give you the option of purchasing a fully transferable ticket. This is great option if you think your plans or numbers may change. Your tickets are fully transferable at any time prior to or after the game date, providing the ticket has not yet been used. Cost of Ticket Assurance is $3.00 in addition to the normal price of a ticket.

Ticket Age Policy
Fans 4 years of age or older are required to have a ticket; Children 3 and under are free, unless they require a seat. Children ages 4-12 and adults ages 55+ qualify for the Child/Senior discount.

Rain Policy
If less than five innings (4 1/2 innings if the Intimidators are leading) of the game is played, your ticket may be exchanged for one ticket of equal value for any remaining regular season home game.

Rain Check Procedures
Tickets may be exchanged at the box office for equal or lesser value, subject to availability. For doubleheaders, no rain check will be issued for the second game if the first game is official.

Rainy Day Terminology
Rain Delay - A rain delay is when the game is officially delayed. Delays can last upwards of two hours and a game may be delayed more than once. Tickets can NOT be exchanged in the event of a rain delay.

Rainout - A rainout is when a game is postponed due to rain. When this happens the game is usually rescheduled into a double header; often times two seven-inning games are scheduled. Sometimes the game may be postponed and resumed from the point of the postponement. In the event of a rainout, tickets may be exchanged at the box office window in person for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any regular season home game, subject to availability. If you purchased your ticket(s) over the phone or online and the tickets are still at Will Call, the Intimidators Box Office will hold the ticket(s) and you may exchange them at a later date.

Resale & Distribution of Tickets
Intimidators tickets are the property of the Kannapolis Intimidators. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price is prohibited. Intimidators management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed. This includes season tickets, group tickets, single game tickets, or any promotional tickets.
