Kernels release 2017 Midwest League Schedule
Cedar Rapids, IA - The Cedar Rapids Kernels released their 2017 Midwest League Home Schedule today with Opening Day set for Saturday, April 8th vs. the Beloit Snappers at 5:05 PM.
The Kernels will begin taking group outing reservations for the 2017 season in mid-September. Contact Andrea Brommelkamp at (319) 896-7603 ([email protected]) or Sammy Brzostowski at (319) 896-7622 ([email protected]) to reserve one of the Kernels many group outing areas. Areas include the Plumbers and Pipefitters Pavilion, Arctic Insulation Party Plaza, Miller Mezzanine, Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors Grand Slam Suite and Kernels Diamond Suites.
Season ticket packages for the 2017 season will be on sale in October. Contact Sammy Brzostowski at (319) 896-7622 for season ticket package information. Individual game tickets for the 2017 season will go on sale to the general public on Monday, March 13th, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
The Kernels are in the midst of a seven game home stand and host the Quad Cities River Bandits tonight at 6:35 PM with the gates opening at 5:30 PM. It's Mark Down Monday where regular hot dogs are just $1.50 and ice cream sandwiches, small popcorn and chips are just $1 each. The first 500 fans through the gates receive a FREE Kernels 2016-17 wall calendar.

Tickets for the remaining seven Kernels home games may be purchased on-line at www.kernels.com, or by calling the Kernels Ticket Office at 896-7560. Ticket office hours are 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday.
