Tuesday's finale at Burlington rained out
BURLINGTON, Iowa - The Kernels game at Community Field in Burlington vs. the Bees was postponed due to rain. The two teams were slated to begin their game at 11:30 a.m. The game will be made up later in the first half as part of a doubleheader in Cedar Rapids.
The Kernels have won their last three games, including the first two games of the series at Burlington.
The team has a scheduled off day on Wednesday and will return home on Thursday to open up a 3-game series vs. Great Lakes, the Midwest League affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Thursday's game begins at 6:35 p.m.
The Kernels are home from April 25-April 30 before hitting the road from May 1-13.
