FREDERICK, MD -Thursday's game between the Frederick Keys and the Down East Wood Ducks game has been cancelled due to rain. Due to this game being the final meeting between the two teams in the first half, the contest will not be made up.

Fans who purchased tickets to Thursday's game can exchange their tickets for any 2017 regular season game based on availability. All exchanges must be made at the box office.

Due to Thursday's cancellation, the Keys earn a de-facto two game sweep over the Wood Ducks. It is Frederick's first sweep of the year.

The Keys hit the road on Friday, when the team begins a three-game series with the Wilmington Blue Rocks. Right-hander Cody Sedlock (4-0, 4.83) makes the start for the Keys and will be opposed by Blue Rocks left-hander Christian Castillo (1-2, 3.58). First pitch is at 7:05 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on 1450 AM The Source, frederickkeys.com and the TuneIn radio app.

Frederick returns home on Friday, May 19 when the Blue Rocks make their first visit of the year. It is Family Fitness Weekend, while there will be appearances by Redskins safety Deshazor Everett on May 19 and former NBA star Muggsy Bogues on May 20. For tickets, fans call the team at 301-815-9939 or visit frederickkeys.com.
