Fun Father's Day Package Includes First Pitch Opportunity

FREDERICK, MD -The Frederick Keys conclude their first-half with a four-game homestand against the Lynchburg Hillcats from Thursday, June 15-Sunday, June 18. This includes some of the top promotional highlights of 2017, ranging from an appearance by a former Bachelorette star to Seinfeld night with one of the show's most entertaining and whimsical characters. Friday night's game is at 7 p.m with gates opening one hour prior. It is Girls Night Out at the ballpark and will include a visit by Luke Pell who appeared on season 12 of The Bachelorette. Pell will be on hand to meet fans and sign autographs, while fans interested in some "one-on-one time" with Luke can purchase the special bachelor package. This includes two field seats, a special date card invitation as well as a meet-and-greet. This package costs only $30 but is going fast. Making it down to the final four of JoJo Fletcher's season, Pell graduated from West Point and served as an Army Platoon leader before leaving active duty in 2012. He received a Bronze Star for intensive combat leadership. Currently, he is an entrepreneur and singer/songwriter. He released his second single "Best Thing You've Ever Done" in February and tours throughout the country.

Following Friday's game there will be Boy Bands fireworks ranging from N 'Sync to One Direction.

Saturday at 6:00 p.m is Seinfeld Night and gates will open at 5. John O'Hurley will be in attendance, as the well-known actor is best known for playing Elaine's boss, J. Peterman, on the show. O'Hurley is scheduled to sign autographs and sing God Bless America. Fans can expect a variety of Seinfeld-themed games and video clips throughout the night. Plus after the game, there are Foo Fighters Fireworks courtesy of Woodsboro Bank.

A versatile performer, O'Hurley has appeared in the national tour of Chicago and has served as a television host for The National Dog Show and Family Feud. Other television credits for O'Hurley include All My Children, General Hospital and The Young and the Restless as well as ABC's Dancing with the Stars where he partnered with Charlotte Jorgensen. He has lent his voice to characters in Scooby Doo! Mystery Incorporated, Archer and SpongeBob SquarePants.

The first-half concludes with a Sunday matinee. First pitch as at 2 o'clock and gates open at 1 for Father's Day. Fans are encouraged to take their dad to the game, while there is a special Father's Day first pitch package. This includes two reserved seats, two hot dogs, 12 oz. sodas and popcorn, two Keys hats, one Keys logo baseball and one pre-game first pitch and photo on the field for only $34. Flying Dog Brewery's National Buy Your Dad a Beer Day package is available as well. This includes two general admission tickets and one 16 oz. Flying Dog beer. Additionally you can receive $2 off Flying Dog varieties in the Flying Dog Hop Deck.

As usual, there will be the typical Sunday Funday festivities presented by Chili's. From 1-1:30 fans can bring a ball and glove and enjoy a pre-game catch on the outfield, while two Keys players will be signing autographs on the concourse.
