Be Homer's Valentine!

(Uptown Charlotte, NC) -- Valentine's Day is just around the corner and the Charlotte Knights are spreading love around town with help from one of their romantic mascots. This year, the Knights are giving fans a chance to surprise their sweetie with a special Valentine's Day delivery from the team's lovable mascot Homer the Dragon.

For $75, Knights fans can purchase a special Valentine's Day package that will send Homer door-to-door with two field box vouchers to a Knights game at BB&T Ballpark this season, a rose, and either a Knights hat or Knights t-shirt. Homer will also happily take a photo with the lucky Valentine's Day recipient and that photo will be emailed to the lucky sweetheart later in the day. Homer will deliver the special gifts on either Thursday, February 13 or Friday, February 14 (Valentine's Day). Fans will have the option of choosing which game they would like to attend (April 22 or May 5).

- 2 Field box vouchers (good for Tuesday, April 22nd or Monday, May 5th)

All orders can be placed online at www.charlotteknights.com. Shortly after your order is placed, you will be contacted by a Charlotte Knights representative to discuss all of the details. Quantities are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Orders will be taken through Monday, February 10. All orders must be within a 15-mile radius of BB&T Ballpark in Uptown Charlotte.
