Knights Jack-O-Lantern Contest Underway

Halloween is right around the corner and the Charlotte Knights are looking for fans to put their pumpkin-carving skills to the test by carving their best Knights-themed pumpkin for our Second Annual Knights Jack-O-Lantern contest. 

Interested fans can submit a photo of their pumpkin creation to Tommy Viola at [email protected]. Also, fans can tweet their photo to @KnightsBaseball with hashtag #SpookyKnights. The deadline to submit a photo is 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31. Members of the Knights front office will then select the top three pumpkins from the submitted photos.

On Thursday, October 31, at 12:00 p.m., the top three pumpkin photos will be uploaded to the team's official Facebook page to give fans a chance to vote. Voting will begin as soon as the photos are uploaded and fans can pick their favorite by "liking" the photo. Voting will end on Thursday, October 31 at 5:00 p.m. and the photo with the most "likes" will be crowned as the winner later that day.

The Second Annual Knights Jack-O-Lantern contest winner will receive a Knights prize pack featuring Knights memorabilia. The second and third place finishers will each be rewarded a consolation prize.
