2020 JetHawks Season Updates & Ticket Information

In accordance with Major League Baseball and Minor League Baseball, the 2020 Lancaster JetHawks season has been cancelled. While we are disappointed to not be able to welcome fans to The Hangar in 2020, we hope to continue to be a source of affordable, family fun in the Antelope Valley for years to come.

If you had purchased tickets to the 2020 season, please see below for more information on your refund, exchange and credit options. If you have questions on any of these options, please email us at [email protected] or call the offices at 661-726-5400. Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of a check, mailed to the address provided on the form.

If your company is a Sponsor of the JetHawks, your account representative will be reaching out to you to discuss roll-over and refund options. There is no need for you to do anything; we will be contacting you very soon.

Single Game Tickets

If you purchased individual tickets to a 2020 JetHawks game online, your tickets will automatically be refunded to you. You should see the refund on your credit card statement within 30 days. If you purchased your tickets at the JetHawks Box Office, please bring your tickets back to the Box Office between 10:00-4:00, Monday-Friday, and we will be able to process your refund.

Season & Hawks Packs

If you had Full Season Tickets or 25 or 15 voucher Hawks Packs for the 2020 season, you have the option to either receive a refund, or roll your tickets over for the 2021 season. Click the link below to see your options and request your credit or refund. Black Friday package holders are eligible for refunds only - more information is available by clicking the button below.

Group Events

If you booked a group event for the 2020 season, which includes group tickets, suites, the Hunter Dodge Party Deck or the Pilot's Pavilion, please click the button below to fill out your refund request. You will be refunded for the portion you have paid towards a 2020 group outing. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the form.

Silver Sluggers

If you had a Silver Sluggers membership for 2020, you can choose to request a refund, or to roll your membership over to 2021 and lock in the same pricing. Memberships in 2021 will be $40. Please click the button below and complete the form to request your refund or rollover.

Will Giveaways & Theme Nights from 2020 be rescheduled?

At this point, our plan is to reschedule a majority of our Giveaways and Theme Nights to 2021. Giveaways are not available for separate purchase at this time, but please stay tuned on all of our social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter - to stay up to date with the latest news.

How can I support the Lancaster JetHawks?
