ADA Accommodations: The Hangar is a completely ADA accessible facility. There is reserved ADA seating accessible via ramps or an elevator to take guests up to the suite level. All restroom facilities are also ADA friendly. Please notify the Lancaster JetHawks box office at (661) 726-5400 when purchasing tickets if you have specific accommodations needed. Affiliation: The JetHawks are the High A Affiliate of the Colorado Rockies. The Rockies Minor League system includes the Rookie League DSL Rockies, Rookie League Grand Junction Rockies, Short-Season Boise Hawks, Single-A Asheville Tourists, Double-A Hartford Yard Goats and Triple-A Albuquerque Isotopes. Alcohol Sales: Beer and wine may be purchased at any concession stand. All alcohol sales conclude at the end of the seventh inning, or at any time prior to the end of the seventh inning deemed appropriate by the Lancaster JetHawks. Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed by adult's ages 21 and older, and proper ID is required. The JetHawks reserve the right to refuse alcohol sales to any guest for any reason.
Animals: The only animals allowed in the ballpark are certified service animals. Owners must have appropriate certification in their possession. Please check our promotional schedule for Bark and Brews, at which all dogs are welcome.
ATM: There are ATM services located in the main entrance. Concessions and the Team Store both accept cash, credit and debit.
Autographs: Guests are encouraged to seek autographs up until 20 minutes prior to the game down the right field line.
Bags and Backpacks: For your safety, bags, backpacks, purses, and diaper bags will be searched prior to entrance into The Hangar.
Banners/Signs: Fans may display signs that are in good taste and that do not pose an inconvenience to other fans. No signs or banners may be hung on/in the field of play or contain advertising without the express written consent of the Lancaster JetHawks.
Baseball Buddies: The JetHawks invite your youth baseball, softball, and little league teams onto the field at The Hangar to stand side-by-side with the pros for the National Anthem. Click here for more information.
Baseball Camps: The JetHawks offer an annual summer baseball camp with instruction from JetHawks players and coaches, as well as the occasional pre-game clinic. Click here for more information.
Birthday Parties: The JetHawks offer birthday packages for kids (and adults) of all ages. The package includes meals, tickets, souvenirs and the chance for the birthday boy or girl to throw out a VIP pitch. To book your party or learn more about the party options, click here.
Box Office: The JetHawks Box Office is open on game days from Monday-Friday from 9 AM through the game. On Saturday & Sunday game days, the Box Office is open starting at 10am.
On non-game days, the JetHawks Box Office is open from Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM and closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Cameras: Cameras are allowed in the ballpark during all regular season games as long as they are not professional cameras and not for commercial use.
Camps and Clinics: The Lancaster JetHawks will hold an annual kids baseball camp each year, and may potentially hold a few pre-game clinics. For more information on the camps, please contact our front office at (661) 726-5400 or visit JetHawks Baseball Camp.
Cancelled Games/Rainouts: In the event of a cancelled game, guests in attendance should be given the following information:
Paid Tickets (Cancelled Games/Rainouts)
- Paid admission tickets to cancelled Lancaster JetHawks games may be exchanged for tickets to future regular season JetHawks games, subject to availability. No refunds will be given. Tickets from postponed games that will be played at a later date will be good for the make-up game.
- Tickets purchased at the ballpark should be exchanged at the Lancaster JetHawks Box Office, located at 45116 Valley Central Way in Lancaster.
- Tickets purchased through JetHawks.com can be exchanged at the JetHawks Box Office.
Complimentary Tickets (Cancelled Games/Rainouts)
- Complimentary tickets will be exchanged for a future regular season JetHawks game, subject to availability. Complimentary tickets have no cash value, cannot be refunded and cannot be exchanged for a higher priced ticket by adding payment.
Group Tickets (Cancelled Games/Rainouts)
- Group customers will receive a call from their JetHawks representative explaining their exchange and re-booking options. Fans can also contact their representative at (661) 726-5400.
General Parking (Cancelled Games/Rainouts)
- All guests that paid for parking are not allowed to exchange their parking passes and money will not be refunded.
Carry-In Items: All bags must be no larger than 16'' x 16'' x 8''. All bags, including backpacks and purses, are subject to search. No cans, weapons, glass containers, food or beverages (except for sealed bottled water or completely empty water bottles) are allowed into the ballpark at any time. No hard-sided coolers of any size are permitted. Diaper bags are permitted for guests accompanied by their babies. Strollers must be small enough to keep out of walkways.
Cell Phones: For the courtesy and enjoyment of those seated around you, please limit all cell phone calls to a minimum. For phone calls extending more than three minutes, we ask that you please continue your conversation in the concourse area.
Children's Tickets: All guests three years and older must have an appropriate ticket for entry. Toddlers under three years old do not need a ticket to enter the ballpark, but they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
Children's tickets are $1 cheaper when requested at time of purchase.
Community Relations Requests: The Lancaster JetHawks Community Relations Department handles all requests for donations, auction items and guest speakers. Requests should be mailed to the Lancaster JetHawks, 45116 Valley Central Way, Lancaster CA 93536. All requests must be submitted four weeks prior to the event. The requests must be submitted in writing on the organization's letterhead. The letter should include the name of a contact person, phone number, tax ID number and a deadline for response. Requests submitted later than four weeks prior to the event, or without proper identification, may not be honored. Click here for more Community Relations information.
Concessions: The Hangar concessions offer a variety of unique concession items and traditional ballpark fare. There are three concessions stands that offers a full menu of food items, including (but not limited) to hot dogs, nachos, pizza, chili, snacks, beverages and specialty items. Additional vendors including food trucks are available throughout the season.
Diaper Changing Tables: There are diaper changing tables located in the family restroom and all of the men's and women's restrooms at the ballpark.

Edwards FCU Luxury Suite: The JetHawks Suite, presented by Edwards Federal Credit Union, provides the ultimate hospitality experience for groups looking to enjoy a JetHawks game in style. This suite holds 50 people, and features two 50" TVs, a custom pool table, comfortable furniture, and air-conditioning for those warmer days, as well as a private outdoor seating area and wait staff service. El Viento: The JetHawks' alter ego will include many aspects of the original organization, such as new merchandise, new uniforms and caps for the players to wear during games, and even "El Viento" themed giveaways. Fan Mail: Letters and packages for Lancaster JetHawks players and personnel should be individually addressed and sent to the Lancaster JetHawks mailing or shipping address. Fan mail is only forwarded to the players during the season. Off-season fan mail should be directed to the player c/o the Colorado Rockies.
Fireworks: Fans can watch firework shows following JetHawks home games on selected dates throughout the season. For those dates and other promotional/special event nights, check out the JetHawks Promotional Calendar.
First Aid: The JetHawks first aid room is located on the main concourse area behind home plate. For all injuries and accidents, please report to the First Aid station or ask an usher or stadium staff member to call for First Aid. In case of an emergency, please seek assistance prior to calling 911.
Foul Balls: Fans may keep foul balls. However, fans must not enter the playing field to retrieve balls or interfere with balls in play. Because of the close proximity of the field, all fans are cautioned to stay alert for thrown bats and thrown or batted balls, which may land in seating areas. The California League, the City of Lancaster, the Participating Clubs, their agents and Players and other individuals are not liable for injuries resulting from such causes. Please be alert at all times.
Game Times & Gate Openings: JetHawks regular scheduled Monday-Friday games start at 6:35 PM. Saturday games start at 6:05 PM. Sunday games are 2:05 April-June, and 5:05 in July & August. Special game times and opening times occur throughout the season for special events and promotions. Please call or check the schedule for the game(s) time and opening for the game(s) you plan on attending. The main gates open 75 minutes prior to each JetHawks home game for season ticket holders and 60 minutes prior to each home game for all remaining guests.
Giveaways: JetHawks policy allows for one giveaway per person, not per ticket. A fan presenting multiple tickets will only receive one giveaway. All promotions and giveaways are subject to change.
Grand Slam Suite: The Grand Slam Suite provides groups with a truly unforgetable luxury experience, and is the perfect way to enjoy a JetHawks game in style. Great for groups of all kind, entertaining clients, customers and partners, or an employee appreciation event. This suite holds 30 people, and features two HD TVs, comfortable furniture, and air-conditioning for those warmer days, as well as a private outdoor seating area. Click here for more details.

Guest Interference: Guests are not to access the field at any time or interfere with players, equipment or balls in play. Any guest entering the field of play without permission will be subject to immediate ejection and criminal prosecution.
Guest Services: The Fan Information Booth is located in the main concourse, directly behind home plate and by the main entrance. This booth is staffed to assist our guests during games and events. Hawk Packs: Hawks Packs are undated vouchers that come in packs of 15 or 25, and can be exchanged for your choice of game at the box office at any time, whether that's a month before your game of choice, or the night of the game at the box office. Click here for more information.
Hunter Dodge Party Deck: Leave the planning to us, and let us host your group for an all-inclusive night at the ballpark in the Hunter Dodge Party Deck. The Party Deck deatures two seating levels and is perfect for parties of up to 80 guests. Kaiser Kids' Activity Zone: The Kaiser Permanente Kids' Activity Zone is located on the first base side of the stadium. This area includes a bounce house, speed pitch, inflatable slide & inflatable maze, and is FREE every game for kids 12 and under.
Lawn Chairs: There are no outside chairs allowed in the ballpark. You are welcome to bring a blanket to use for the grass seating located on the first and third base side.
Lost & Found: Lost items may be claimed at the Fan Information Booth located in the main concourse during games or at the JetHawks Front Office during regular business hours. Items will be held for thirty days before being discarded or donated to charity.
Lost Children: In the unlikely event that a member of your party becomes separated, please report to the Fan Information Booth for assistance. The Lancaster JetHawks staff is always available to help locate any lost or separated guests.
Merchandise/Souvenirs: JetHawks souvenirs and merchandise can be purchased during games at the Team Store located in the stadium behind home plate. During regular business hours, year-round fans can shop by visiting our Front Office, located at The Hangar. The JetHawks shop is also located online by clicking here.
Mascot: KaBoom can be seen all around the ballpark at each JetHawks home game. KaBoom is also available for event, community and special event appearances. Click here to learn more about requesting an appearance.

Noise Makers: Noisemakers, cowbells, drums, cell phones, and all items that make a noise are allowed into the ballpark. However, their use, frequency and location are at the discretion of management. If there are complaints about these items being used, their use should be stopped. If necessary, the item may be checked into the Fan Information Booth until the end of the game.
Outside Food & Beverage: There is no outside food or beverage of any kind allowed in The Hangar per California League rules. Fans may bring in sealed bottled water or completely empty water bottles. The JetHawks do not allow glass bottles or thermoses of any size to be brought into the ballpark. Fans bringing in baby food or medically related food or beverages should contact the JetHawks prior to attending the ballpark. Soft-sided coolers containing pre-approved items that are small enough to fit underneath your seat are permitted but subject to inspection.
Parking: The JetHawks do offer parking passes, sold on a limited basis to season seat holders & Hawks Pack holders. Day-of-Game parking at The Hangar is $5. Cash only.
Pets & Animals: Registered seeing-eye dogs and/or assistance dogs are allowed into The Hangar. Pets and animals are not permitted in the ballpark with the exception of designated promotional nights.
Photography: Fans are welcome to bring cameras into The Hangar to take pictures. However, any resale of photography for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Team name, logos, player likenesses are all copyrighted material of the Lancaster JetHawks.
Pilot's Pavilion: Groups of 20 or more can enjoy a pregame BBQ at JetHawks games in the Pilot's Pavilion, located on the third base side. BBQ options include hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, select desserts, beverages and an upper box ticket to the game. To find out more, contact a JetHawks staff member at (661) 726-5400.
Rainout Policy: All persons in possession of a reserved ticket to a cancelled or rescheduled game may exchange the ticket at the JetHawks ticket office for a ticket to a future game. Tickets to a postponed game can't be exchanged for future games. All tickets exchanges are subject to availability. There are no refunds on ticket purchases.
Radio: The JetHawks 140 home and away games are broadcast all season long on by logging onto www.JetHawks.com and clicking on the Listen Live link. Fans can learn more about our broadcast schedule on the JetHawks website.
Re-entry: Guests wishing to leave The Hangar and re-enter must have their ticket stub. No guest may enter The Hangar without a ticket to that date's game.
Run the Bases: The JetHawks welcome kids 12-and under onto the field, after all Sunday home games run the bases, courtesy of Kaiser Permanente. Kids wishing to participate should line up at Section 116 on the first base side immediately after the game.

Smoking: The Hangar Ballpark is a non-smoking facility. Guests wishing to smoke must exit the ballpark and re-enter through the main entrance with a ticket.

Team Store: The team store is located on the main stadium concourse and is open from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday-Friday.
Tickets: Tickets may be purchased online, by phone at (661) 726-5400, or at the JetHawks Ticket Office located at 45116 Valley Central Way in Lancaster during regular office hours. The JetHawks welcome purchase by cash or card. On busy game days, phone orders may be cut off early.
Tryouts: Tryouts for any minor league team are held by either Major League Baseball, or by the parent club (Colorado Rockies). Contact the Rockies or visit MLB's Tryout Camp Schedule list online for details.
Umbrellas: Guests may bring small umbrellas into the ballpark as long as they do not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.
Video Board Announcements: Fans wishing to have a birthday, anniversary or special welcome announcement made should visit the Fan Information Booth. Announcements are $10 each. Please submit requests before the fifth inning. Paging of guests and special requests are permitted in emergency situations only.
Will Call: Tickets purchased in advance may be picked up at the Will Call window located at the south entrance of The Hangar Ballpark. Guests may also leave tickets for other parties at Will Call.
