What are Box Office Hours?

In the off-season, the Box Office is open from 9:00-5:00, Monday-Friday. During the season, we are also open on weekend game days starting at 10:00am. You can reach the box office at 661-726-5400 during regular business hours.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call is located at the far right window at the Box Office. You may pick up or leave tickets for will call whenever the Box Office is open.

When do the Gates open?

Generally speaking, ballpark gates open one hour before the scheduled start time of the game. However, that is subject to change and may be opened earlier or later during special events and/or doubleheaders. Full Season Ticket Holders, and 25 Voucher Hawks Pack holders can enter 15 minutes before general gates open through the Season Ticket Holder Entrance.

Does my child need a ticket, too?

Children two years old and younger do not require a ticket to attend a JetHawks game as long as they don't occupy their own seat. Anyone three years old and older, or children who need their own seat, require a ticket.
