A-Z at the Ballpark!

Ballpark A-Z

Accessibility/ADA Accommodations: Cashman Field is ADA accessible. Guests may enter the ballpark at any of the gates. Accessible seating is available, and may be purchased at the Ticket Office or by phone at 702-943-7200. An elevator is available for guests. Accessible seating is available in Reserved and Plaza seating, plus the Club Level Restaurant.

Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from Cashman Field. Alcoholic beverages will not be sold to persons under the age of 21. Limit two drinks per person per purchase. No one is allowed to carry more than two alcoholic beverages at one time. The Las Vegas 51s and Centerplate Catering reserve the right to use precautionary limits at any time.

ATM: ATMs are located on the concourse behind the Section 9 (near the team store) and Section 15.

Backpacks: Backpacks and other bags are allowed into Cashman Field. However, all bags are subject to search.

Berm (Lawn) Seating: Any paid ticket entitles you admission to our lawn seating area, located past section 2 and 22 unless the area is rented out for a private party (subject to availability). Guests are welcome to bring blankets and towels to sit on, but lawn chairs are not allowed in the ballpark.

Beverages, Food & Containers: No bottles, cans, food, beverages or containers may be brought into the ballpark, with the exceptions of one sealed bottle of water per person or items necessary for health reasons and for babies.

Cameras: Still cameras are welcome in the ballpark, but tripods are not allowed unless it is from credentialed media. Video taping and reproduction is strictly prohibited without express written consent from the Las Vegas 51s.

Comments/Suggestions: Fans may register comments and/or suggestions during the game at the 51s Information Booth located on the concourse behind home plate. Fans may also mail in comments/suggestions to:

Concessions: CenterPlate Catering is the food service provider for the Las Vegas 51s. Concession stands are located on the main concourse level behind Sections 5, 13, 15, 19 . Portable stands are also located throughout the main concourse level. Additionally, the Club Level Restaurant is available to anyone with a ticket. The restaurant is buffet style and opens one hour before game time.

Conduct: Guests displaying the following conduct will be subject to removal from the ballpark: (A) Interfering with other guests' game experience and ability to enjoy the game or event; (B) Wearing obscene or indecent clothing; (C) Appearing impaired/intoxicated; (D) Being an interference of the game or going on to the field (could also be subject to arrest).

Customer Service:  The Las Vegas 51s Information Booth is located on the main concourse, behind Section 12.

Elevators: Cashman Field is equipped with an elevator located inside the gates. Elevator stops at the concourse level behind Section 12 and at the Club Level.

EMS: The EMS Office is located on the concourse level behind the information booth and section 12

Exit Procedure: Guests are asked to exit the stadium through the designated exits located on the Plaza and Concourse levels of the stadium. Guests can depart through the main gate, press gate and past section 22.

Foul Balls: Each guest assumes all risks and danger arising from the action of the players, coaches, and officials on the field, before, during, or after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and danger include but are not limited to being injured by objects such as bats, balls, bases, helmets, and promotional merchandise which are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field, bullpens, dugouts, photographer's wells and other areas on the stadium grounds. Guests voluntarily agree that the management, facility, city, league, participants, participating clubs, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

Gate Times: The ballpark gates open one hour prior to game time.

Lost and Found: During games, guests may inquire about lost and found items at the Information Booth, located behind section 12. To inquire about lost and found items after a game, guests may call the Las Vegas 51s Administrative Office at 702-943-7200 during business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The Las Vegas 51s are not responsible for items left or lost in the ballpark.

Lost Children: In the event a guest becomes separated from his or her child, please report to the nearest 51s Customer Service Representative or at the 51s Information Booth behind Section 12. All 51s personnel and cashman Field Security Officers will be notified. Once the child is found, they will be taken to the Information Booth, located behind section 12

On-Field Access: Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before and during games. Any unauthorized person entering the field or the top of the dugouts will be removed from the ballpark and be subject to arrest.

Parking: Guests visiting Cashman Field have several options for parking. Access is available off Las Vegas Blvd., Washington Ave., and Maryland Parkway. Parking is $5 per car.

Pets: Pets are not permitted inside Cashman Field. Service Dogs (i.e. guide dogs for persons with disabilities) are permitted in the ballpark.

Picnic Locations: The Las Vegas 51s have several available locations for group picnics. Interested groups can contact the Las Vegas 51s Group Sales Department at 702-943-7200.

Radio Broadcasts: Las Vegas 51s Games can be heard on 920 AM NBC Sports Radio with play-by-play by Russ Langer. Games can also be heard online via lv51.com or through the MILB mobile app.

Radios/Televisions: Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at Cashman Field as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. The Las Vegas 51s reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue use of these devices.

Rain Check PolicyIf an official game is not played, that being 4.5 innings if home team is leading or 5 innings if game is tied or if visiting team is leading, the ticket may be used as a rain check. The rain check may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value, based on seating availability, for a future home game (excluding July 3rd or playoffs) during the 2018 season. Exchanges are accepted exclusively at the Las Vegas 51s Ticket Office. Tickets for official games which are suspended after becoming official contests do not qualify as rain checks.

Seating Policy: Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. Guests may be asked to show their ticket stub if there is confusion over a specific seat.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted inside the ballpark on the concourse behind sections R2-R3 or R21-R22 and at designated areas outside the ballpark.

Strollers: Strollers are allowed in Cashman Field. They may be parked at the top of each section, barring it does not interfere with guests seated in the top row of the section.  

Team Store: The Las Vegas 51s Team Store is located on the concourse behind Section 9. Hours of operations:

The Las Vegas 51s Team Store will open one (1) hour prior to the first pitch and will close as soon as the game ends

Non-Game Days:

Tuesday - Friday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Ticket Office: The Las Vegas 51s Ticket Office is located on the south side of Cashman Field.

Ticket Sales: Tickets can be purchased at the Las Vegas 51s Ticket Office in person, online via Ticketmaster at www.lv51.com, or by phone 800-745-3000.

July 3rd - Field, Plaza, and Reserved are $17 in Advance and $18 Game Day. Special all you can eat and drink in the Party Zone for $50 per person (with beer and wine), $40 (non alcohol).

Umbrellas: Guests may bring umbrellas into Cashman Field. However, guests may not open and use umbrellas in any area inside the ballpark. In case of rain during a game or event, guests may move to the concourse.

Video Board Announcements: Birthdays, Groups, and Celebrations may be announced on the Las Vegas 51s Video Board during games. Please call the 51s office at 702-943-7200 for more information

Weapons: Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Cashman Field. The only exception is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. All guests entering the ballpark for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or removal. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.
