PITCHING MATCHUP


Cole Irvin goes for his ninth win of the season against David Hale for the RailRiders. Today's starting pitching matchup is presented by Allentown Family Foot Care, which provides the latest in medical and surgical treatments of the entire foot and ankle. Learn more at affc.com.
Irvin is tied for the IL lead with eight wins on the season. The 24-year-old is 8-2 with a 2.50 ERA in 13 starts. Irvin is 1-0 against the RailRiders this season in two starts including his Triple-A debut in which he struck out 10 RailRiders. Hale has split his season between the Twins and Yankees systems, appearing in the big leagues for both. With the RailRiders, Hale is 3-2 with a 4.50 ERA in nine starts.


LAST GAME


The Pigs dropped last night's contest when Zack Zehner hit a pinch-hit walk-off two-run home run to give the RailRiders a 5-3 victory at PNC Field. Click here to read a full recap from last night's contest.


HEAD-TO-HEAD


The RailRiders lead the Iron Rail Rivalry 6-5 after last night's victory. Tonight marks the final regular season game at PNC Field for the Pigs. The RailRiders have won six of eight games in Moosic this season.
This is the last trip for the IronPigs to Moosic in 2018. The RailRiders will make two more visits to Coca-Cola Park this season including a four-game series beginning on Monday.


NEXT WEEK AT COCA-COLA PARK
