Loons to Open Dow Diamond for Easter Egg Hunt on March 23

Lou E's Fit Club and MidMichigan Health will co-host event for young Loons fans

MIDLAND, Mich. - The Great Lakes Loons, Lou E's Fit Club and MidMichigan Health will host an Easter Egg Hunt at Dow Diamond on Saturday, March 23. Gates will open at 9:45 a.m., with the event taking place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Loons Ambassador of Fun, Lou E. Loon, will be in attendance to preside over the day's activities.

There will be four separate Easter egg hunts during the event, spaced 30 minutes apart, with the first beginning at 10 a.m. In addition, Lou E's Lookout playground area will also be open during the event. 

Kids can collect prizes for turning in their eggs at the end of each hunt and there will be special prizes handed out to those kids that find the six Golden Eggs during each hunt. Eggs will be hidden in center field, right field, the Founder's Garden and Dow Diamond's front lawn.

Attendees are encouraged park in the back (East) lot at Dow Diamond and enter through the field access gate located next to the rear stadium entrance. Lou E's Easter Egg Hunt is open to kids 12 and younger.

Lou E's Fit Club is a kids club turned "fit" club designed in cooperation with MidMichigan Health to provide children of the Great Lakes Bay Region with the information, resources and tools necessary to become more active and physically fit. Kids can sign up for free to be a Fit Club member at the event or on Lou E's webpage on Loons.com.
