Lugnuts activate prospect Palacios from DL

LANSING, Mich. - In conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, the Lansing Lugnuts announce that outfielder Joshua Palacios has been activated from the 7-day Disabled List and outfielder Nick Sinay has been placed on the 7-day Disabled List retroactive to April 16th.

Palacios, 21, is rated the Toronto Blue Jays' No. 15 prospect by and the No. 19 prospect by Baseball America. Drafted in the fourth round in 2016 from Auburn, he put together a 38-game on-base streak in his professional debut, spanning stints with the Gulf Coast Blue Jays, Vancouver Canadians and Lansing Lugnuts. In nine games in Lansing last season, he batted .342 (13-for-38).

The Lugnuts' roster consists of the maximum 25 active players with six players on the Disabled List.
