Memphis and Indianapolis Homestand Highlights

MEMPHIS, TN – The Memphis Redbirds welcome in the Indianapolis Indians for the first time this season!

Tuesday, August 9 – Memphis vs Indianapolis – 7:05 PM CDT

• Nacho Average Tuesday®: The fan favorite is back at AutoZone Park this week! All fans will get a free order of ballpark nachos presented by the Downtown Memphis Commission. Click here for tickets.

Wednesday, August 10 – Memphis vs Indianapolis – 7:05 PM CDT

• Gates open at 6:00PM.

Thursday, August 11 – Memphis vs Indianapolis – 7:05 PM CDT

• Throwback Thursdays, presented by Pabst Blue Ribbon. Get $2 PBR beers and $1 hot dogs this and every Thursday at AutoZone Park. The team will also take the field as the Memphis Chicks.

Friday, August 12 – Memphis vs Indianapolis – 7:05 PM CDT

• The first 1,000 fans will receive a Memphis Turtles t-shirt giveaway, presented by DeSoto Honda. The team earned the nickname in 1909 after their field was raised into a “turtleback” shape to avoid rainouts by owner Tom “Turtle Tom” McCullough. Memphis played as the Turtles from 1909-1911.

• All-You-Can-Eat Mac and Cheese bar with bacon bits, buffalo chicken, ham, broccoli, green onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, hot dogs, chips, soda, & water. Click here for tickets.

• Concord Academy has been selected as the non-profit of the game! Tickets purchased here include admission to the game and a souvenir hat. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Concord Academy and support the school's specialized programs for students with learning differences.

• The Matchup Menu: For each homestand, the Redbirds will feature a specialty sandwich and drink related to the road team’s city and will be available on Fridays and Saturdays at The Rivalry Roadhouse Tent in right field. This homestand features:

  • The “Hoosier Hoagie”, featuring a delicious pork tenderloin sandwich.

  • The “Brickyard”, a tropical rum-based drink infused with Kool-Aid

Saturday, August 13 – Memphis vs Indianapolis – 6:35 PM CDT

• The first 1,500 fans to enter AutoZone Park will receive an Adam Wainwright bobblehead presented by Campbell Clinic! Bobblehead connects to the Yadier Molina bobblehead that will be given away Friday, August 26. Fans can purchase a ticket package to both games ($28 field box tickets; $35 dugout tickets).

Sunday, August 14 – Memphis vs Indianapolis – 2:05 PM CDT

• First 1,500 fans will receive a Pop-It giveaway item presented by Prairie Farms. Click here for tickets.

• Prairie Farms Ice Cream Sunday, where all kids 12-and-under in attendance will receive a free ice cream sandwich, courtesy of Prairie Farms. Kids will also get a chance to run the bases after the game!
