SPRINGDALE, AR - The Northwest Arkansas Naturals along with Patina Restaurant Group, the ballpark's official on-site caterer, are proud to unveil some new concession offerings for the 2011 season that includes an entire re-branding of one of Arvest Ballpark's concession stands.
The new offerings include some added gourmet menu items at our Cider Shack Smoke House, located on the first base (right field) side of the ballpark. Baked Macaroni and Cheese and Smoked Meatloaf are amongst the offerings new to the Cider Shack Smoke House, who will also unveil a new signature ballpark sandwich, the "Three Little Piggies."
The "Three Little Piggies" sandwich is a hogie roll with Barbecued Pork, Applewood Smoked Bacon, and ham, and topped with cheese sauce and Barbecue sauce.
Back by popular demand for the 2011 season is a free-standing cart that will sell grilled Italian sausage and peppers, and a cart vending the popular ice cream from space, Dippin' Dots, is also being added for 2011. New fresh gourmet flavored popcorn, which comes in three flavors (bacon/cheese, ranch, and cheddar cheese) is being added at all four concession stands as is sweet tea. The popular Barbecue Nachos will be offered this season in the two main concession stands as well as the Cider Shack.
The concession stand located on the third base side is being completely revamped into a themed concession stand, Out in Left Field Burgers and Fries, named in the spirit of an iconic burger joint based on the U.S. West Coast.
Out in Left Field Burgers and Fries will sell a limited menu, diner-style, featuring 100% Angus Chuck Burgers topped with bacon, onions, mushrooms, and pickles, New House Fries -- Seasoned Natural Cut French Cries, Beer-battered Onion Rings, and Milkshakes made with real ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry).
