Anthem Auditions Draw Full House

January 10, 2012
After filling all 50 pre-registration slots for National Anthem Auditions, the Isotopes entertained aspiring singers Saturday morning on the third floor Club Level Lounge at Isotopes Park.

Most performers stayed in attendance throughout the morning, offering support to fellow singers during the audition process. All participants will be notified by April 1.

In addition to individual performers, groups, choirs and even bands participated in auditions before a panel of judges including the 'Topes' resident world-renowned talent scout (and mascot) Orbit. Participants that are selected will get a chance to perform the National Anthem at an Isotopes game during the 2012 season.

Those still interested in trying out can still send or drop off a recording of their performance to the Isotopes Administrative Offices, located on the second floor of Isotopes Park during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM).

All of the fun is concurrent with the official sale of Isotopes individual game tickets, which are now available for purchase at the Isotopes Park Box Office, at Ticketmaster outlets, by phone with a Ticketmaster representative at 800-745-3000, or on-line at www.abqisotopes.com or www.ticketmaster.com.
