Ballpark Festival of Beers returns on January 26

FORT MYERS, Fla. (January 10, 2012) - Beer aficionados, get ready for the return of the Ballpark Festival of Beers! The Fort Myers Miracle are pleased to bring back the premier craft beer tasting event in Southwest Florida on Saturday, January 26 at Hammond Stadium.

With three hours of unlimited beer sampling, the 9th annual Ballpark Festival of Beers features the most diverse one-day craft beer selection in Southwest Florida with over 60 beers from all around the world. Beers this year include Sweetwater 420, Holly Mackerel Golden Ale, Florida Avenue Ale, Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan, Green Flash Rayon Vert, Sierra Nevada Narwhal, Wells Banana Bread, Rogue Hazelnut Brown, Cigar City Hotter than Helles Lager and much more!

The first 1,000 in attendance will receive a free sampling glass. The gates open at 6 p.m. and the sampling ends at 9 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 on the day of the event. Designated drivers can pay a $10 fee and receive unlimited water and soft drinks.

Food will be available on-site. Bahama Breeze will have jerk shrimp and pork sliders. RM Foods will offer pizza, roast beef sandwiches and arancinis. The Zesty Tomato will have Italian sausage, burgers and french fries.

The Ballpark Festival of Beers will also feature live music from SuperBot throughout the evening. A 21-and-up exclusive event, the Ballpark Festival of Beers is brought to you in part by Air Advantage and the Beasley Broadcast Group.
