Bats' Hamilton drives in three runs
Top Reds prospect Billy Hamilton doubled twice and drove in three runs on Tuesday, though a four-run, ninth-inning comeback attempt for Louisville came up just short in a 6-5 loss to Syracuse.
The 22-year-old has three straight multi-hit games and is batting .400 since the All-Star break. He has gone .251/.310/.344 in 88 games for the Bats this year.

Eighth-ranked Indians prospect Danny Salazar allowed just three hits, didn't issue any walks and struck out six in four innings without factoring into the decision as Columbus dropped a 4-1 decision to Buffalo.
Salazar has gone 3-2 with a 3.28 ERA in 49 1/3 innings for the Clippers. He has 59 strikeouts and just 13 walks.
