Bisons and Zephyrs Tie, 4-4

Harvey allows three earned in six innings

The Buffalo Bisons and the New Orleans Zephyrs played to a 4-4 tie on Tuesday afternoon from Port St. Lucie, FL. The game was called after nine and a half innings.

The Herd (0-1-2) will travel to Jupiter, FL tomorrow for a 1pm game against the New Orleans Zephyrs.

RHP MATT HARVEY started for the Bisons and allowed three earned runs over six innings of work. The 23-year old was the Mets 1st round selection in the 2010 draft and enters the 2012 season as New York's #2 prospect according to Baseball America. Last season, Harvey was a combined 13-5 in 26 starts between Single-A St. Lucie and Double-A Binghamton.

Catcher JEAN-LUC BLAQUIERE hit a two-run home run for the Bisons while infielder ALLAN DYKSTRA was 2-3 with a double and two RBI. INF ZACH LUTZ and INF VALENTINO PASCUCCI were both 1-3 at the plate.
