Chiefs and Bulls postponed on Sunday

Game rescheduled for Monday

The Syracuse Chiefs' matchup with the Durham Bulls Sunday at Alliance Bank Stadium was rained out. The game will be played as part of a doubleheader Monday starting at 11:00am. Both games will be seven innings.

Syracuse southpaw Tommy Milone was scheduled to pitch against Bulls' righthander Edgar Gonzalez Sunday, but the duo will battle in the first game Monday instead. Chiefs righty Craig Stammen and Durham lefty Alex Cobb are expected to pitch in the second game. Gates will open at 10:30am for Monday's twinbill.

Fans who purchased tickets for Sunday's game can redeem their ticket stub for both games Monday or at any other 2011 regular season home game. Season ticket holders should check the back of their ticket for the unused season ticket policy.

After the Chiefs and Bulls wrap up their four-game series with the doubleheader Monday, Syracuse will start another four-game set with the Norfolk Tides on Tuesday at 7:00pm.

Zumba/Fitness Day was rescheduled for Saturday, June 11 when the Chiefs take on the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees at 7:00pm. The Body Attack class will start at 5:00pm with the Zumba class to follow at 5:40pm in the stadium parking lot.
