New Uniform/Cap Interview with Matt Hague
CURVE, Pa. - The Altoona Curve showed off the new uniforms as well as a few of the new caps the team will wear in 2011 and beyond at an event Tuesday night at the Logan Valley Mall.
Curve first baseman Matt Hague, a key member of the 2010 E.L. Champions, was on hand to help unveil the uniforms that go along with the club's new logo and color scheme. Hague, who wore No. 13 during the 2010 season, was the perfect fit to launch the uniforms that the club would wear in its 13th season in Altoona.
In addition to the uniforms, the club revealed three of the four New Era on-field caps that will be worn with the uniforms. The Road, Alternate and Batting Practice cap were all shown off on Tuesday night. Both the Road and Alternate caps are available immediately for purchase online or in the Curve's Mall Store while the BP cap will become available at a later date.
The home cap will be unveiled closer to the beginning of the 2011 season.
